Borrowed Breakfast Idea – Gluten Free Breakfast Casserole

Here is another delicious borrowed meal. A Gluten Free Breakfast Casserole complete with fresh pork sausage from the hogs we raised last year! Mmmmm!
Brian at Fire and Salt comes up with some of the heartiest, tastiest gluten free meals you’ve ever had. Not to mention he has tons of great desserts!
My husband took this to a staff breakfast and it was a hit! Sorry I didn’t get a picture, it was devoured before I could find my camera!

I just realized I didn’t tell him. Boy my heads all a fog. Thanks to those darn glutenized Milky Way bars. 😦

Wow I love your ideas. I have had a lot of trouble coming up with something different to eat. I do not have a bread machine or a way to mill rice and corn. My bread turns out too dense and even with the mixes I find that the texture once you get chewing not to my liking. I am am single mom with very limited funds so its hard to buy everything I would like. I eat a lot of rice cakes, rice crackers, potatoes and hamburg as well as chicken what ever is on sale.
and what ever veg is on sale same with fruits.
So hard to make a good tasty nourishing meal on a very limited budget so thanks for the tips. can’t wait to try rice cake pizza.
thanks again
Kate
